Sámi-Inspired Bracelets
Sámi bracelets are deeply intertwined with the Sámi people’s cultural heritage
and craftsmanship. They are typically made from traditional reindeer leather,
antler buttons, and modern materials like tin and sterling silver. The designs
and patterns of these bracelets often reflect the Sámi’s connection to nature and
traditional lifestyle. The use of tin thread embroidery, a technique that has been
practiced since the 1600’s, is a significant aspect of Sámi jewelry.
